We started our journey in April 2005 with 3 people, initially with small retail business from segments like Motor and Mediclaim.



We acquired some corporate clients along with small scale companies, with focus on products like Professional Indemnity. The year ended with 200% y-o-y growth.



We recruited professionals, focusing mainly on retail clients and ended with a steady growth in business.



We marched ahead with expansion plans for organic growth and successfully managed dynamism of business cycle. And successfully managed to retain the growth rate.



We studied implications of changes in economic environment and designed the strategies accordingly. Religious planning and execution paid off in terms of 57% y-o-y growth.


We started strategic focus according to verticals. Remarkably done restructuring and achieved growth, simultaneously. Organization initiated more structured approach to IT by launching a portal for internal use and installing call centre set up. All the efforts translated into 600% growth! 


This year is marked by acquisition of elite clientele, like, Gammon India, Cotton Corporation India, National Textile Corporation, Dolphin Offshore Enterprise India Ltd, Future Capital Ltd, RPG, etc

Another growth story is of launching of two branches at Kota and Vadodara.

Tele calling set up was expanded from seating capacity of 5 to 25 team members.

Strategic decision for focused approach to IT system management has been taken. Map for development of a lead generation portal has also been chalked out.
